Finca and Country houses
The Finca represents the real property in excellence: the land. It has been of great importance since antiquity because of its economic relevance in the times prior to industrialization, being the symbol of wealth and prosperity. Therefore, the regulation of the Fincas has been very extensive since ancient times.
With the appearance of regulations on urban regulation, the owner's capacity to use the land has been limited. For this reason, it has been differentiated in many cases depending on the fate that is given to the Finca, distinguishing between:
Rural Finca: those destined to agriculture, livestock, etc.
Industrial Finca: destined to the construction of industrial and business zones.
Urban Finca: with much greater capacity for construction, they are usually those with the greatest economic value.
